Rephrase the instruction and management strategies in "question" format to be used for unit design.

Use the unit design questions as the basis for administrator "walkthroughs."
Have teachers meet periodically to discuss their observations and reflections regarding their use of the strategies embedded in the unit design questions.

Use the unit design questions as the basis for a merit pay system.
Use the unit design questions as the basis for a "value added" approach to teacher evaluation.
