MRL Associates - Mitzi Hoback
Mitzi Hoback is director of professional development at Educational Service Unit 4 in Auburn, Nebraska, where she has worked for 10 years with teachers and administrators in the areas of curriculum, assessment, instruction, leadership, and school improvement. She has more than 30 years of experience in education, serving as an elementary classroom teacher and K–12 coordinator of high-ability learners.
Mitzi is a member of several professional organizations and is currently chair of the Nebraska Educational Service Unit Professional Development Organization. She is a contributor to the book Democratic School Accountability.
Mitzi has a bachelor of science and a master of science from Peru State College in Nebraska. She also received endorsements from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in gifted education and assessment.
