Jason E. Harlacher, PhD, is a senior researcher at Marzano Research. He is responsible for designing and facilitating REL Central research projects.
A former school psychologist, he has been a consultant with schools on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports and state director of PBIS-Nevada. He has also been a response to intervention consultant for the Colorado Department of Education.
Dr. Harlacher earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Ohio University, a master’s degree in school psychology from Utah State University, and a doctorate in school psychology from the University of Oregon. Dr. Harlacher holds licenses for Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Initial Special Services in Colorado.
