| This downloadable document is a description of the school administrator evaluation model designed by Dr. Robert J. Marzano. The model is based on an extensive review of the extant literature in school administrator leadership. While it can be used independently, it is designed to be used in close conjunction with the teacher evaluation model that is based on the comprehensive instructional model, the Art and Science of Teaching (see Marzano, 2007; Marzano, Frontier, & Livingston, 2011).
