Administrative Specialist
Hi! My name is Alicia Smith, and I am an Administrative Specialist at Marzano Research. In my role, I manage and perform a variety of tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the organization and projects. My passion aside from administration is Cognitive Psychology, specifically in the clinical research and education of children and adolescents. Before joining the Marzano Research team, I honorably served in the United States Marine Corps as an Administrative Specialist, specializing in performing clerical, personnel, and administrative duties for nearly 12 years. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from National University and intend to further my Child and Adolescent Psychology education.
Originally from the Capital Region of Maryland, I now reside in the “Old North State” of North Carolina with my husband and our three daughters and son. I enjoy producing musical compositions, DIY home organization, and trying new cuisines from different countries around the world.
