Christopher Wolfe
Senior Researcher

Hi! I’m Chris, and I’m a senior researcher at Marzano Research. I served as an assistant/associate professor of education and psychology for 12 years before returning to a focus on research. I find research on literacy and mathematics development to be the most intriguing. I have supported multiple studies on topics focused on student and teacher levels. I have extensive experience in randomized control trials, measure development, assessment, and analysis. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Hanover College in Indiana before a Masters of Science and Doctorate from Georgia State University. I completed an IES-sponsored postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Buffalo.

Giving up seasons and snow, I’m one of the many who have made the trek south to Florida. I enjoy checking out the local beaches with my wife and four children and feasting on the local seafood. As an avid Sci-fi fan, the best days are spent with the latest space adventure and a cold beer.

Always on my playlist:

  • Chris Stapleton
  • Van Morrison
  • 90s Country

I could nerd out about:

  • Recent findings in brain development
  • The way memory works
  • Politics
