Rachel Schwartzbard
Research Associate

Hello! My name is Rachel Schwartzbard and I am a Research Associate at Marzano Research. Prior to my work in education research, I taught math for five years at the secondary level. My first three years were at a STEM project-based learning charter school for grades 6-12, and I then spent two years at a traditional high school. While I earned my Bachelor’s degree in secondary education and mathematics, I completed a Master’s program through Johns Hopkins University in data analytics and public policy.  I am eager to apply my classroom experience and data analysis expertise to garner insights as to how schools are, or could, be utilizing resources to allow teachers and students to unlock their full potential.

I am originally from New Jersey but currently reside in Wisconsin. I love to travel and explore new places, but I also value family and friends so picking new destinations can be a challenge.
