Grading the standard
by Toureno on May 26, 2014It's really interesting to see, we do not hear a lot of talk about the grading which is going to be necessary to determine if the student are truly learning the content. I am very happy to see, you are taking on this challenge.
I am concern how the parent are going to feel when the grade for each quarter say's their child is learning, but PARCCC, show they are failing.
I believe teachers and school district, will not be able to work the system, which is what they have been doing. Children are not truly, leaning what they need to meet the standards. The rigor, content, and curriculum meet the the needs of the students.
